REGISTRATION FOR ALL WORKSHOPS

I will need your name as you would like it on your certificates, your address, phone number, email address, your facebook name because we will form a group to continue our learning process. Please send this info to www.juliedoulaworkshop@gmail.com along with payment made.
Refund Policy: If a participant cancels within 30 days of the training, they will receive a full refund, except a $35 processing fee. If a participant cancels within 20 days of the workshop, they will receive a 50% refund, minus a $35 processing fee. If a participant cancels within 3 days of the training, there will be no refund.

READ AND AGREED TO THESE POLICIES.
I understand that workshops scheduled to be virtual & I will need to be present all the days
and all the times with sound and camera capability.
Your name and email address will be sent to DONA International so that they may send you an
evaluation of the training. Participants may not make video, audio, or screen recordings
during the training. Photos taken by the trainer from the training may be used for promotional
purposes online or in print.
These are the first step in becoming certified as a birth doula through Dona International, the largest doula organization in the world. If both classes are taught you would receive a certificate for Introduction to Childbirth Education and a certificate for Birth Doula Workshop too! If you attend the BF 3-hour class you will receive another certificate which would be required for certification through Dona.
First day: (we will vote on if everyone wants to take a full hour for lunch and between classes or just 15 minutes and then bring lunch back to the computer and watch movies needed for the workshop)
9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Registration and Intro to Childbirth Education
5:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. 3-hour breastfeeding course
Second days:
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Introduction; Introduction to Labor Support Prenatal Contact between doula and client; Emotional support in Labor; Comfort Measures; and Intro to DONA International
Third day:
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. What is the Ideal Birth; Difficult Labors; Cesarean Birth and VBAC; The Newborn and Breastfeeding; PP contact between doula and client; Role Modeling and Role Play of Labor
