The Labor of Love Doula Program invites families to apply for a doula.  You will pay according to the sliding fee scale below.  For example if you are a family of 3 (Mom, partner, and baby) and your annual income is less than $40,391 then you would pay $79.00 + the $25 application fee at the first appointment.  Then $236 would be due about a week after your baby is delivered at the follow-up appointment.  On the other hand, If you were a family of three and your annual income combined was less than $41,945 you would pay $158 + $25 application fee at the first appointment and then $472 at the follow-up appointment about a week after your delivery when I would come to your home.  Let me know if you have any questions!  814-512-2718
